ORDER INFO
Shipping times vary depending on your locations. In the Netherlands and Belgium that is 24 hours. In other countries it depends on the local postal company and the country of destination. All orders before 4 pm will be processed on the same day.
All Bomonti Leather products are consciously designed mailbox friendly. This is a benefit so you don’t have to be home to receive the package unless your country does not support mailboxes.
RETURNS
Are you not satisfied with your Bomonti Leather product? Please contact us at support@bomontileather.com.
Every purchase applies a right of withdrawal of 14 days. After three days after receipt the money will be returned to your bank account. Broken delivered products can of course be returned after consultation.
Contact us via support@bomontileather.com with your order number and phone number. Within one workday you will receive a return document by Email. Fill in the document as extended as possible. Print the document and send the return package to Bomonti Leather, Vissenstraat 32, 7324AL Apeldoorn. After receipt we will return the money to your bank account. NOTE: Return shipments will not be accepted without contact with support@bomontileather.com. You need a return ID to return the items, otherwise the return process will not start.
